Our editorial approach

Useful language-learning advice should explain both the evidence and the step a reader can try.

Research and practical suggestions

We link to primary research when discussing a study. We describe what was tested, the learner group and relevant limits. Results from one language, population or intervention do not automatically apply to every learner or AI tool.

Practice routines, example cards and AI prompts are editorial suggestions. Unless a guide specifically describes a tested intervention, they are not presented as scientifically validated programmes.

AI assistance and accuracy

The current learning guides are prepared with AI assistance. AI can produce mistakes, unsuitable examples and unreliable interpretations. We include source links and encourage readers and teachers to verify language examples before adding them to a study deck. We do not claim specialist peer review or independent product testing that has not occurred.

Authorship and updates

The guides are published by LanQua, operated by Interwebs Ltd. An update date indicates a change to that page, not a new scientific discovery. We retain the original publication date when improving an existing article.

Images

The new editorial photographs are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show real students, research participants or documented scientific experiments.

Historical resources

Historical LanQua information is preserved as context, with original organisations and affiliations identified as historical. Its presence does not imply current endorsement.
