Make a small set of questions from words you already understand. Try to recall each answer before you reveal it, then use the word in a new situation. You can use this routine with different target languages.
1. Practise a checked word list
Build your recall cards
Use one line per card: answer | clue | optional example. Put the answer in your target language and the clue in a language you understand. Use a tab or a vertical bar to separate the fields. Maximum 50 cards.
Your list stays in this page’s memory. It is not uploaded or saved after you reload the page.
Try answering before you reveal it
2. Prepare AI-assisted practice
Build a useful AI prompt
This creates text you can copy into your preferred AI tool. LanQua does not call an AI service for you. Use checked material and verify the feedback.
Make the cards worth practising
- Understand the word before trying to memorise it.
- Use a clear clue that tests one meaning.
- Try to retrieve the answer, then check it.
- Create a sentence or situation of your own.
- Return after a gap. Use mistakes to choose what to practise next.
This tool does not schedule spaced repetition or judge alternative translations. For scheduled reviews, see the Anki setup guide. For card quality, read how to create language flashcards with AI.
